Who operates this website

This website is operated by Wenzhou Huayin Locomotive Parts Co., Ltd. under the MT BOX brand. This notice applies to information submitted through the website and direct export-contact links.

Information we collect

When you submit a procurement inquiry, we collect the information you enter in the form.

• Company, contact name and country or region
• Business email and optional phone or WhatsApp number
• Product interest, estimated quantity and message
• Consent time and limited technical/security data needed to protect the form

How we use it

We use inquiry information to review sourcing requirements, respond to the named contact, prepare commercial discussions and protect the website from abuse. We do not use the inquiry form to create a consumer account or process payment.

Storage and disclosure

Inquiry records may be stored on infrastructure in Hong Kong and accessed by our authorized export team in China. We may use service providers for hosting, security, database backup and email delivery. We do not sell inquiry information.

We retain records only for as long as reasonably needed for procurement follow-up, legal obligations, dispute handling and system security, then delete or anonymize them where appropriate.

Advertising, UTM and tracking

The website uses a separate first-party, aggregate-only counter to count page views and selected procurement-funnel actions by Shanghai calendar day. It operates independently of the Google Ads measurement choice and does not use Google Ads cookies or identifiers. It records only a coarse source category and allowlisted page, product or contact categories. It does not store an IP address, cookie, visitor identifier, fingerprint, raw user agent, raw referrer, page path, query string, campaign value, contact detail or form content in the analytics databases.

A fixed sessionStorage marker records only whether the current browser tab has already started a counted page-view session on the current Shanghai date. It contains no random identifier and is not shared across tabs. Funnel actions do not add a persistent browser marker; repeated form-start signals are suppressed only in the current page's memory. Accordingly, a reported visitor is a tab-and-day session estimate, not a unique person or device. Aggregate visitor and funnel records are retained for up to 90 days.

If you arrive at this website with campaign parameters in the URL, we can store a strict set of UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid or fbclid) with your inquiry for follow-up and conversion reporting. We do not store the full query string.

The separate measurement control applies only to Google Ads. Google Ads measurement is disabled until you select Allow measurement. Declining does not stop the first-party aggregate counter, does not affect the inquiry form or direct contact options, and you can reopen Measurement choices at any time.

If you allow measurement, the Google Ads tag may use advertising or analytics storage and send browser, device, page and conversion information to Google under Google's privacy terms. Ad personalization remains disabled on this website. The inquiry checkbox authorizes the submitted inquiry and its limited campaign attribution; it is separate from the measurement choice.
